…REGISTRATION
FOR UP-COMING FALL 2008 SEASON…
- Youth/Teen Divisions (ages 5-17)
(Recreational “In-House” roller hockey program,
boys and girls of all ability levels welcome)
register now through September 6 (see below).

**Adult 30 and Over Division (ages
30+) Thursday night’s, two game slots, four
teams 4-on-4 plus goalies, open to men and women
of all ability levels, register now through
September 7. We’ll start Sept. 11. Discount
for 2nd division play.
- Adult Open Division (ages 18+) Sunday
morning league (High caliber roller hockey program)
register now through September 7 (see below).
- Adult Co-Ed Division (ages 18+) Sunday
evening/Tuesday evening league (Men and Women
of Upper Beginner to Upper Intermediate level
recreational program. WE NEED MORE WOMEN, EXPERIENCED
OR NOT) register now through August 30 (see
below).

- THURSDAY’S, 7:30-9pm, ages 13-17 year olds (MUST Call 805-551-1412 to make a reservation, Goaltenders needed !!)

- How do I register myself/my son/my daughter?
- Go to our web site www.tvrhl.com , click on “REGISTER” button, print out forms, fill them out, enclose payment
- Click on “Self Rating Form”, print out forms, fill them out, rate yourself.
- Follow all directions on where to turn in forms, first come first served so please hurry: mail them to the address indicated, or drop off at Discount Hockey Shop in Agoura (818) 735-0699
- Do I/my son/my daughter need to be evaluated?
Adult Men and Women will be rated according to the “Self Rating Form”; youth/teen boys and girls entering the league who did not play last Spring 2008 season will need to both fill out “Self Rating Form” and show up at the player evaluations September 13, times TBA.
- When does the Fall 2008 season end?
All divisions will end approximately
January 31, 2009, weather permitting. Rained
out games will be made up later in the season
and might prolong the season a little.
